Under the Act to strengthen the complaint examination process of the health and social services network, in particular for users who receive services from private institutions, the complaints and service quality commissioner of public institutions becomes responsible for examining complaints from users of private establishments in its territory, and responsible for handling reports made within the framework of the anti-mistreatment policy.
